COVID-19 Update - Return to Normal Business Hours

While this has been an unusual and uncharted time in our great nation’s history, Baird Brothers Fine Hardwoods remains American Made and American Strong!

We are proud to announce a return to normal business hours – 7:30A to 4P, Monday through Friday, and 7:30A to noon, on Saturdays – with a few adjustments to normal operations.

The Baird manufacturing and sales teams were back to full force as of Monday, May 4th, and we are currently processing all online and phone orders without delay.

 

Please note the following:

  • Will-call, curbside pick up is available during normal business hours.

  • Baird truck deliveries throughout Ohio and Pennsylvania are available at a discounted delivery rate.

  • Nationwide ground and freight shipping are available.

  • We are now stocking ¼” Acrylic Sheets available for purchase.

  • Our showroom is open BY APPOINTMENT ONLY.

Hello from Baird Brothers Fine Hardwoods here in Canfield, OH!

First, we want to communicate a TREMENDOUS “THANK YOU” to all of the doctors, nurses, police, first responders, food service personnel, farmers and local, state and national leaders during this unprecedented time.

Second, The Baird Family would like to express SINCERE THANKS to our valued customers and dedicated employees who have demonstrated patience and unwavering commitment during our two-week shutdown and limited re-opening these past three weeks as we navigated our way through the new business landscape.

As of today, we are processing all online and phone orders. Will-call, curbside pickup is available for all prepaid items at our Canfield location. We are also providing regional Baird truck deliveries in Ohio and Pennsylvania at a discounted rate, and are servicing our national customer base through our common carrier and small package delivery partners.

Moving forward, the Baird manufacturing and sales teams are back to full force as of Monday, May 4th. This allows us to expand our previously limited hours of operation back to our normal business hours – 7:30A to 4P, Monday through Friday, and 7:30A to noon, on Saturdays.

We are very appreciative of how our customers have accepted and adapted to our online and phone-in order program for will-call pickup. We encourage you to continue this safe, efficient and convenient means of placing and receiving your orders.

In recognizing the needs of our customers, our showroom is now available by appointment only. This allows our local and regional clients to visit with an experienced salesperson who can assist in the selection and ordering of quality interior doors, hardwood flooring, mouldings, stair components and all of the other great hardwood products Baird Brothers Fine Hardwoods has to offer.

Again, the showroom selection and order process will be by APPOINTMENT ONLY, allowing us to maintain a safe environment for you and our employees. Our warehouse will remain off-limits to customers at this time. Employees will be utilizing face protection and practicing 6-foot safe distance guidelines. Cleaning and disinfecting procedures have been implemented throughout the day and after hours.

We request that customers visiting our facility practice the guidelines set forth by the Governor and other officials by wearing a protective face mask when visiting Baird Brothers Fine Hardwoods.

Quoting Lt. Governor Husted, “Wearing a face mask is something we do out of mutual respect for one another.”
