Local hardwood manufacturer’s yearly blowout sale to offer discounts on all items, including new product line

Canfield, OH: Starting Saturday, Sept. 21 and running through Monday, Sept. 23, Baird Brothers Fine Hardwoods is holding its largest sale of the year – Red, White & True. All items will be discounted, including Baird Brothers’ new product line that’s specifically designed to highlight modern, contemporary interior design.

The new product, a vertical slat moulding, is a decorative accent wall option made from a variety of hardwood species. Its clean lines are extremely popular in modern interior design, but it can be adapted to various styles depending on the materials and finishes used.

“We’re constantly evolving, because that’s the nature of the building and remodeling industry,” says Steve Stack, director of new business development. “We’ve been lucky to work with some of the most well-respected builders across the nation, and their insight into consumer trends helps us stay on our A game.”

Red, White and True is an annual three-day sale offering 10% off all products. No special activities will be held, but onsite closeout products will be available Saturday and Monday. The promotion also extends to phone sales and online orders.

In addition to the sale, customers can enter to win 400 sq. ft. of hardwood flooring, valued at $3000.00, by visiting https://bit.ly/2024-Baird-Giveaway. Entries must be received by midnight on Sept. 23.

“We look forward to this every year,” says Matt Baird, second generation owner. “Our loyal customers are what make us successful, and we want to give them an opportunity to get superior products and save a little money at the same time.”

Baird Brothers is also encouraging donations to Second Harvest Food Bank. Non-perishable food items can be brought to the showroom leading up to and during the sale.

Live sawn flooring is produced by cutting straight across the white oak log, producing a unique mix of plain, rift and quarter sawn grain patterns. Flooring widths available include 3”, 4”, 5”, 6” and 7”.

“As consumer tastes expand and evolve, so do our product lines,” says Terry Baird, second-generation owner. “Wide plank white oak is an extremely popular trend; you can see it in some of our recent work with This Old House. We wanted to bring that same level of availability to our customers nationwide.”

Prior to 2020, Red, White & True was a one-day-only, on-site event. Now customers can shop online at bairdbrothers.com all three days or shop in-store and over the phone on Friday and Saturday, but no onsite activities will be held.

“Every year we get excited to offer customers our biggest sale of the year,” says Steve Stack, director of new business development. “With the sale being online over a three-day timespan, people have more time to shop. Plus, we do a lot of fun behind-the-scenes stuff on social, so customers nationwide can get a feel for our 60-plus-year operation right here in Canfield, OH!”

Virtual factory tours and product highlights can be viewed by searching @bairdbrothers on Facebook or #BairdBrothers on Instagram. Additionally, starting Friday the 16th, customers can enter a giveaway for 400 sq. ft. of red oak or hickory hardwood flooring (valued at over $3000.00) by visiting bairdbrothers.com and entering their name and email address. The giveaway winner will be announced on Tuesday, Sept. 20.

Baird Brothers is also encouraging donations to Second Harvest Food Bank throughout the sale.

“Every year, we use this opportunity to raise donations to help fight hunger right here in the Valley,” says Stack. “For those interested and able, we are accepting donations to Second Harvest Food Bank throughout the sale.”
