Because of the global health crisis that COVID-19 has caused, and following the guidelines issued by the President of our United States, and also the order issued by the Governor of the State of Ohio on Sunday, March 22, 2020, Baird Brothers Fine Hardwoods will be temporarily closed through Monday, April 6th, 2020.
Baird Brothers is a family company. During this difficult worldwide health crisis, our first thoughts are with our families and yours, as we work together to help and protect one another.
As much as possible and allowable during the ever-unfolding coronavirus outbreak, Baird Brothers will continue to fill your needs. Our operations remain open, though we are taking every precaution to keep our employees safe. While new realities develop, Baird Brothers is responding as appropriate. We continue to serve our loyal customers, but by necessity will do so with more remote forms of communications.
Late spring 2018, Baird Brothers jumped on a call that would (yet again) change the trajectory of the well-established, family-owned company.
Decades of twists and turns in the economy and multiple advances in technology had positioned Baird Brothers as a leader in the lumber and fine hardwoods industry, but for the first time (because of that ONE call) the company was on a national (and international) stage — standing under the bright lights that are This Old House.
The project? The 2018 Idea House.
The goal? Deliver the highest quality products to the best (and most well-known) home improvement juggernaut in the United States…and fast!
We started the year with a bang at the 2020 NAHB International Builders’ Show (IBS), held in Las Vegas. From Jan. 20 to Jan 23, Baird Brothers was onsite, along with 1400 other manufacturers and suppliers from around the globe. IBS 2020 spanned the entire Las Vegas Convention Center and showcased the latest/most in-demand products and services.
